Struggling to Write your Thesis in English?

Hi, I’m Jenny. A thesis editor who gets both language and academia. I help stressed out ESL students turn messy drafts into polished theses.

Need help? Click here, let’s talk

Trusted by graduate students around the world

I’ve supported graduate students from top programs in engineering, finance, science and many more. Many come from North America, Canada, Europe and Asia. They use my academic coaching services for international grad students to meet rigorous thesis requirements.

From overwhelmed to finished. Together.

Writing your thesis in a second language is hard.

That’s why I don’t just “edit and disappear”.

I’m here for you from the messy first draft, to your final submission.

Here’s how we’ll do it.

We start where you are

Whether you’ve just started with weeks away from deadline, or almost done and need to refine it. I’ll meet you where you are. No judgement, just a listening ear.

We make a plan.

Based on our initial session, we’ll clarify your ideas, your main arguments, structure and next steps. You will have a comprehensive action plan. It’ll be specific and easy to follow – and I’m there throughout the process.

We edit, refine and strengthen.

No vague comments or confusing corrections. I will give you specific feedback with the exact steps you need to take to improve.

We submit.

I’ll be there until the final page is ready. When you submit, you’ll have the confidence that it’s been checked by an advisor who has helped students all around the world ace their thesis.

This is what makes my personalized thesis coaching online so different from the usual feedback students receive.

Academic Writing is Hard—Especially in a Second Language

Stuck? Overwhelmed? Confused? You’re not the only one.

Many of my students have felt exactly like you, and went on to write amazing theses.

That’s why I work as an academic coach for international grad students, offering tailored writing support.

We will work on the big picture, like your argument, ideas, structure and overall flow. And also on the smaller but important details, like grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure and clarity.

Step by step, chapter by chapter, we’ll get it done together.

Need 1:1 Help with Your Thesis?

Whether you’re seeking academic editing or thesis coaching for grad students, I offer services that meet you where you are.

FAQ

How is this different from Grammarly or ChatGPT?

Tools like this often help you write very “pretty” and “technically correct” sentences. However, they don’t really understand your university expectations and your central arguments. It also may offer general thesis advice, but lack specific actionable advice for what you’re writing. I offer real human feedback using a system that’s worked over and over for ESL grads just like yourself.

What if my English is really bad? I’m embarrassed.

That’s exactly why I do this! If your first draft seems messy, confusing, or all over the place – you’ve come to the right place for help. Zero judgement. Just support.

I already have a thesis supervisor – do I still need this?

Yes. Most supervisors mean well. However, they’re not always trained to give specific and helpful feedback. Plus, many are rushing for time and seeing multiple students at once. Many students come to me looking for thesis online coaching for graduate students because they feel lost after unclear university guidance. They can’t give you the personalized thesis coaching that I can with one-on-one support. You’ll still have your supervisor, but you’ll have me as your secret weapon.

Will you really give me helpful edits?

Yes! Most of my students come to me because they receive a lot of vague, confusing, or unhelpful advice from their supervisors. After hearing so many complaints, I’ve learned what not to do. This isn’t another rushed, vaguely annotated process – it’s specific, high-tailored feedback after understanding your thesis.

Is it worth the cost? I’m on a student budget.

I get it – grad school is expensive. I remember my days on a tight budget in grad school. However, think of this as an investment in your future. You’ve already put in the work, research, and time. Why let last-minute errors hold you back? Let’s push it to the highest grade it can possibly reach. Many students say my support was what finally helped get their thesis done and ready.
